How do I track my order?
You can learn the status of your order;
- After logging in, by clicking on the account icon in the upper right corner of the home page; from the “My Orders” section,
- By clicking on the “Where is My Cargo” button on the home page,
- By contacting the relevant cargo company with your “Cargo Tracking Code” included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order is delivered to the cargo company or by visiting their website…
Can I pay at the door?
- We do not have the option of paying at the door.
When will my order be shipped?
If all the products in your orders are eligible for fast shipping, we prepare your orders to be delivered to the relevant cargo company within 24 hours. If there are product/products that need to be supplied in your order, the shipping times may vary. You can see the estimated shipping dates of the products after selecting the size on the product detail page.
In how many days do you ship the orders?
All orders placed before 18:00 every weekday will be shipped on the same business day. (Shipping time is 3 days.)
